1. When Will My Order Ship? (Processing Time)

We treat every pair of glasses like a piece of art. Here is how long it takes to prepare your order:

  • Standard Orders (Non-Prescription): Ready in a flash! We usually pack and dispatch these within 1–2 business days.

  • Prescription Orders (Custom Made): Good things take a little time. Since we are crafting lenses specifically for your eyes, please allow 7 business days for production, curing, and rigorous quality checks. We promise: perfect vision is worth the wait.

2. Shipping Costs

We like to keep things simple and rewarding:

  • Orders over $60: FREE Shipping! (Yes, it’s on us.)

  • Orders under $60: A small shipping fee will be calculated at checkout.

3. No Surprise Fees (Duties & Taxes)

We hate hidden fees as much as you do. Here is our promise regarding customs and taxes:

  • 🇺🇸 USA & 🇪🇺 Europe: We’ve Got You Covered! Relax—we pay the import duties and taxes for you (DDP). The price you see at checkout is the final price. No paperwork, no extra payments upon delivery.

  • 🌍 Rest of the World: Transparency First For other international destinations, local customs fees may apply. Here is how we help: If you are ordering from a region known for strict or high customs fees, our team will email you personally before we ship your order. We want to double-check that you are comfortable with potential local taxes. You can say "Go ahead!" or choose to cancel for a full refund—the choice is always yours. No surprises, ever.

4. Estimated Delivery Times

Once your order leaves our warehouse, here is when you can expect a knock on your door:

  • North America: 5 – 10 business days

  • Europe: 6 – 12 business days

  • Asia Pacific: 3 – 7 business days

  • Other Regions: 10 – 20 business days
