1. Overview Welcome to FancyView. This website and the FancyView products are operated by Smart Care Technology (Hong Kong) Limited. By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our "Service" and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

2. Product Usage & Safety Warning (Important) FancyView smart glasses are designed to enhance your daily life. However, by using our product, you agree to use it responsibly:

Situational Awareness: Do not use the visual or audio features of the glasses in situations that require your full attention, such as driving, operating heavy machinery, or crossing streets. You assume full responsibility for your safety while wearing the device.

Privacy of Others: If your FancyView device is equipped with a camera or microphone, you agree to respect the privacy of others. Do not record or photograph individuals without their consent where they have a reasonable expectation of privacy. FancyView is not liable for any legal disputes arising from your use of the recording functions.

Not a Medical Device: FancyView products are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

3. Purchases and Pricing

Accuracy: We strive to display product colors and images as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.

Pricing: Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.

4. Returns and Refunds Our return policy is part of these Terms of Service. We offer a 30-day return window for items in "like-new" condition. Custom prescription lenses are non-refundable. Please review our full  for details.

5. Limitation of Liability In no case shall FancyView, our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, or licensors be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, arising from your use of any of the service or any products procured using the service.

6. Governing Law These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Jurisdiction, e.g., Hong Kong / California], without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
