Order Changes & Cancellations

Should you need to modify or cancel your pending dispatch, please reach out to our administration hub instantly. We process cancellations dynamically before warehouse shipment.

  • Requested alterations may cause minor custom packaging delays.
  • We cannot amend specialized custom hardware modifications once initiated.
  • Orders already passed to logistics nodes must follow the standard return roadmap below.

Return & Exchange Timeframe

We provide a premium 14-day return window commencing from the official carrier delivery date timestamp.

Hardware product exchanges are authorized based on our current real-time inventory levels and must be aligned with hardware variants of equivalent financial valuation.

Non-Returnable Items

To preserve hardware safety and product calibration integrity, we reject returns for wearable devices that exhibit:

  • Any obvious signs of daily wear, scratches, or cosmetic alterations.
  • Missing technical components (optical accessories, type-C manuals, calibration gear).
  • Visible frame scuffs, lens marks, or any structural defects.
  • Exclusion of original promotional items or bundled free gifts.

Return Shipping Parameters

Manufacturing Defects: FancyView handles full responsibility for hardware flaws, subsidizing return courier fees up to $10 USD via prepaid labels.

Standard Preference Returns: Customers assume logistics overheads. For assets valued beyond $39 USD, we highly suggest using certified tracking protocols as we cannot validate un-tracked parcels.

The Structured Return Process

To launch an official product return authorization, please dispatch a digital dossier to our technical support team containing your Order ID, Proof of Purchase, Diagnostic Media (if faulty), and active Contact Details.

FancyView will process your financial return ledger within three business days after receiving the device verification. Please allow local banking institutions processing leeway to manifest the credit on your original gateway (PayPal or Credit Network).
