To support our global community of AI glasses early adopters, these Terms and Conditions may be translated into multiple languages. In the event of any discrepancies or inconsistencies between the English version and translations in other languages, the English version shall govern and prevail across all Fancyview services.

AI Account Security & Credentials

Accessing certain custom features on your Fancyview AI smart glasses requires creating a verified user account. You are solely responsible for safeguarding your account credentials, passkeys, and passwords. All operational activities, voice commands, and data syncs conducted via your authenticated account are deemed your personal responsibility.

Intellectual Property & AR Software Licensing

All proprietary content embedded on this website and within our wearable AI technology—including imagery, spatial UI design, optical algorithms, branding graphics, and logos—is the exclusive property of Fancyview. We grant early adopters a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to utilize our integrated companion apps and firmware updates. Unauthorized reverse-engineering, decompiling, or source-code extraction of Fancyview hardware or software is strictly prohibited.

Smart Platform Availability & Liability Limitations

While we consistently push Over-The-Air (OTA) updates to enhance your AI visual experience, Fancyview does not guarantee uninterrupted, lag-free, or error-free performance of cloud-based AI features at all times. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fancyview shall not be held liable for any incidental, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from network disruptions or data synchronization delays.

Acceptable Use & User Conduct

By using Fancyview smart devices and digital interfaces, you agree to comply with all applicable local and international laws regarding optical data collection and spatial audio recording. You are strictly prohibited from manipulating our systems, executing malicious code, or exploiting the AI capabilities for unlawful or fraudulent purposes.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal disputes or claims arising out of your purchase or use of Fancyview smart glasses shall be conclusively settled via confidential arbitration under the administrating rules of the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (HKIAC).

Termination of AI Ecosystem Access

Fancyview reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently terminate your access to our cloud features and companion software without prior notice, if any breach of these Terms is detected. Operational agreements remain legally binding from your very first interaction with our website or smart products until full termination.
