Love It or Return It (30 Days) We want you to absolutely love your new FancyView experience. We understand that sometimes, a product might not fit into your life exactly as you hoped. That’s why we offer a 30-day hassle-free return window starting from the day your package arrives. Take your time to explore the features, but please treat them with care.

Keeping Things Fair (Condition of Returns) To ensure we can offer a full refund, we kindly ask that you return your FancyView in the same condition you received it—pristine and "like-new."

  • What this means: Please ensure the device is free from scratches or wear, and that all original packaging and accessories are included.

  • A small note: If a return arrives with missing parts or visible signs of heavy use, we may need to deduct a small restocking fee to cover the difference. We believe this is the fairest way to keep our prices competitive for everyone.

A Note on Prescription Lenses If you ordered FancyView with prescription lenses, those lenses were crafted specifically for your unique vision. Because they are custom-made just for you, we cannot accept returns on the cost of the prescription lenses themselves. However, we are more than happy to refund the full cost of the frames and electronics, provided they are in good condition.
